BEHAVIOR THERAPY ASSISTANT

Assists with the implementation of behavioral intervention services to individuals with special needs, primarily Autism Spectrum Disorders, and support to their families under the guidance and training of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The Behavior Technician is also responsible for assisting with some documentation and administrative work. This role is part direct care and part admin.

Completes in-house Behavior Skills Training Program within 90 days of hire
Assist with program material creation for learners of all ages
Work with Team Leads to implement programs supporting the social, communicative and physical development of our learners
Assist with administrative tasks
Collect data on programming and write progress notes/complete daily service log(s)
Support therapists with intervention implementation
Attend and participate in staff or team meetings as requested by BCBA/supervisor
Must be able to travel within the local Bangkok Area
Effective time management skills are expected through daily documentation and accurate time keeping of hours worked to ensure correct billing and reporting of services rendered

Bilingual Thai/English
Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, special education or a related field
Classroom/Therapeutic experience is preferred but not required
Strong oral communication and writing skills are necessary
Ability to work independently and to take the lead in difficult situations
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask are crucial to the success
Learning Support ASSISTANT

The Learning Support Assistant (LSA) supports students with additional learning, developmental, behavioral, or emotional needs within the school environment. The LSA works closely with teachers and the learning support team to help students access the curriculum, participate meaningfully in classroom activities, and develop independence in line with their Individual Education Plan (IEP) or support goals.

Providing support to students with mathematics, reading, writing, science and other subjects
Helping students who have special needs or English as a second language
Supporting the delivery of personalized learning plans for individual students
Assisting the teacher in managing student behavior and maintaining a safe and positive learning environment
Assisting with marking and correcting work
Monitoring and recording student progress, behavior and participation
Preparing classroom resources and helping to organize teaching materials
· Helping students develop independent learning skills and managing classroom resources
Working closely with other professionals such as therapists and coordinators
· Providing feedback to teachers and parents about a student’s progress or any issues encountered
Completes inhouse Behavior Skills Training Program within 90s of hire
Implement interventions designed in the EIBI plan
Attend and participate in staff or team meetings as requested by supervisors
Ensure confidentiality of all client information
Must have 5% supervision by BCBA monthly in accordance with compliance requirements
